By creating a TutorSync account you agree to these terms.
The service
TutorSync is software for managing students, batches, attendance and tuition fees. It is not an accounting, tax or legal service. Receipts are records generated from the information you enter.
Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
- Have the right to store the students' and parents' details you add, including parental permission for children.
- Send reminder messages responsibly. You send them yourself from your own WhatsApp.
Plans and payment
The Free plan has a student limit. Paid plans are activated after payment is verified. If a paid plan expires, you have a short grace period, then the account becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted because a plan expired.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it or delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy notice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.
